Job Description
Maple Leaf Loading requires Heavy Duty Mechanics at our Chetwynd, BC operation. Maple Leaf is a growing Bulk Handling and Transportation company. Our HD Mechanics service our fleet of heavy haul truck & trailer equipment.
Duties: Troubleshoot and inspect equipment to detect faults and malfunctions, determine extent of repair required, adjust equipment and repair or replace defective parts, test repaired equipment for proper performance, clean lubricate and perform other maintenance work.
Minimum Education: Technical Training
Experience - 3 years to less than 5 years.
Credentials - Must be Eligible to write Red Seal Exam or Inter-Provincial Trade Certification
Driver's licence (Class 1 or A), Air Brake (Z) endorsement, or equivalent
40hrs per week, with a comprehensive benefit package.
