Answering Inbound calls, Handling customer complaints, Following up on customer calls, Updating Customer database, Collecting and reporting feedback, Training new onboard agents, Dispatching technician/driver according to the client’s location or regions.

Requirements Completion of Grade 12. A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a call center environment. Language Proficiency: Ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken English. Can work night shifts and on weekends. must be 20year to 35years old. Must be location not far from Randburg.
