Responsibilities: Organize, compile, update records and documentation. Manage communication including emails and phone calls. Assist in preparation of regularly scheduled report. Carry out any another general administration and assistant duties. Order office supplies.
Qualifications: Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task. Attention to detail and problem solving. Excellent written and verbal communications skills. Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Power point). Working knowledge of office equipment.
Experience: administrative assistant: 1 year (Required)
Should be available in UAE—immediate joining. Compensation Package: AED 3500 - AED 4000 per month. Workdays: Monday – Friday (5 days a week). (Night Shifts- 7:00 PM – 3:30 AM).
