Description: Handle daily tasks such as opening, closing, inventory, and maintaining cafe cleanliness. Lead and train cafe staff to provide excellent customer service, and conduct performance evaluations. Check customer feedback, address complaints promptly, and resolve issues to maintain customer satisfaction. Oversee cash handling and sales, create budgets, and develop ideas to attract more customers. Ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness regulations and maintain an appealing appearance for the cafe.
Qualification: At least 1 year of leadership experience in the F&B industry, preferably within a cafe setting in the UAE
Salary: Depending on experience and qualifications, plus centralized tips and service charge
