This position will be responsible for but not limited to the following functions: All filing, database functions, scanning, printing and other ad hoc duties; Manage data in spreadsheets and reports. Help with stock take if required. All other administrative tasks as required. Responding to emails and correspondence.
Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a well-organized and efficient workplace. Controlling orders from customers if required. Manage the processing of orders. Monitoring stock shortages. Daily reporting. Assist team members with administrative tasks and requests. Act as a point of contact for internal queries within the division. Candidate Requirements
Minimum requirements: High competency level with Excel essential. Attention to detail. Strong organizational skills. Strong Administration skills.
