GL Accountant with SAP

A large multinational client of mine based in Dublin city centre have an immediate requirement for a qualified accountant to join their H/O financial accounting team.

Responsibilities

    Work with Finance Manager to provide accounting services to countries supported by SSC
    Meet scheduled deadlines for completion of work, presentation of reports, and any other time sensitive responsibilities.
    Delivery of a high quality, customer focused service to customers
    Preparation of monthly balance sheet, P&L and trend analysis to agreed deadline for International Accounting, Finance and Senior Management
    Completion of bank reconciliations on a timely basis.
    Preparation of accruals and prepayments schedules on a monthly basis.
    Reconciling intercompany accounts..
    Preparation VAT returns and quarterly fiscal returns.
    Key member of SAP implementation team

Requirements

    Professionally qualified accountant (ACA,ACCA,CIMA,CPA)
    Excellent SAP knowledge required
    Analytical experience
    Preferably immediately available or within a couple of weeks



Location           Dublin
Payment         €45000 - €53000 per annum
