Night Duty Manager Position available at a high end Boutique hotel:

Qualification and Experience requirements: Strong administration, effective communication skill set. Must be trustworthy and be able to work with the hotel and guests money. Fluent in English essential. International languages beneficial. Own reliable transport.

Working hours: Shift work. Must be able to work evenings, weekends & public holidays.

Description of your responsibilities: Management of staff member. Assisting with guest queries and demands concierge related tasks. Assisting in the serving and preparing meals & drinks. Welcoming guests on arrival to the hotel and farewell on departure. Assuring guests of the highest level of service excellence and warm hospitality. Admin related tasks.
