Draughtsman required (freelance based), Other, Eden. Company Name: Buffalo Timber Construction. We require a draughtsman to do freelance work.

Requirements: Have to live in the Garden Route. Must have experience with all the local municipalities in the Garden Route, their requirements and by-laws. Must have extensive experience in preparing drawings for municipal submission and approval, as well as construction drawings. Must be proficient in Autodesk Revit (5+ years experience - Revit 2019). Must be proficient in Sketchup Pro (5+ years experience). Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc). Must have experience with brick and mortar, concrete, steel, and most importantly timber frame construction. Must have own transport to visit sites for measure ups and checks. Experience in materials quantities calculations is an advantage. Should be available in normal working hours for meetings or design discussions, etc.
