We are hiring Assistant HR Manger
Experience - 7 to 8 years in UAE
Description - To ensure that the company’s HR operational policies and processes are adhered to and continually improved.
Manage the recruitment and selection processes and staff, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and making hiring decisions.
Coordinate pre-employment activities, such as background checks, reference checks, and employment verification.
Coordinating for new hiring employees’ Employment procedures.
Collaborate with management to develop comprehensive onboarding and training programs for new
hires, ensuring their successful integration into the organization.
To coordinate all matters of employee Offer Letters, Work Permits, Visas And Medical insurance, Tawjeeh
Training, Emirates ID and Labour Card As per the legal requirements.
Liaise with PRO towards timely Visa process formalities for Employees of various Outlets.
Oversee employee attendance and working schedules including breaks, overtime and paid time off of the outlets.
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
Ensures appraisals are carried out for every employee every 12 months or as per company policy, and also
reviews all appraisals and follows up on development needs, if required.
Assists other department heads / HOD in the formulation of HR policies and procedures for their respective departments.
Assists with and ensures that all procedures concerning promotion, transfer and staff resignation are
carried on within Company policy and also within legal boundaries.
Assists in developing and conducting management training on a variety of leadership and HR topics.
