Second-Class Stationary Engineer
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, Shift, Weekend, Day, Night, Evening
Salary: $33.00 Hourly for 40 hours per week, Medical Benefits

Skill Requirements:
Education: Completion of college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Stationary Engineer 2nd Class
Experience: No experience
Work Setting: Food processing industry, Electric power generation plants
Type of Equipment: Computerized control systems, Stationary engines, Compressors, Switches, Gauges, Meters, Chillers, Pollution control, Water and wastewater treatment, Distributed control systems (DCS), Central monitoring system
Specific Skills: Operate automated or computerized control systems, Monitor and inspect plant equipment, Measure temperature, fuel flow and pressure, Troubleshoot, perform corrective action or minor repairs as required, Maintain daily log of operation, maintenance and safety activities, Write plant or building operation reports, Use computerized Preventive Maintenance System
Additional Skills: Instruct apprentices, Coordinate maintenance activities of trade contractors
