Min Requirements: Grade 12. A National Certificate/Diploma in IR/HR field will be an added advantage. At least 5 years’ experience in an IR environment in the manufacturing and supply chain Industry. Extensive knowledge of LRA, BCEA, EE, and CCMA rules. Attend CCMA cases effectively. Ensure knowledge and a complete understanding of all company policies, practices, and procedures. Identification and reporting of trends/issues regarding unions, discipline, and general IR practice.
