Monitor delivery schedules and make real-time adjustments to keep our bread on everyone's tables. Collaborate with our amazing team to ensure a seamless flow from the ovens to the customers.

Efficiently handle incoming orders and coordinate timely dispatches to our valued customers. Accurately input information into our computer system to maintain organized records of orders, deliveries, and inventory.

Create manual and pastel invoices for customer orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Record all cash transactions and facilitate timely bank deposits for financial transparency.

Prioritize calls based on urgency and importance, addressing problems and requests promptly. Oversee and manage bakery stocks, coordinating with floor assistants to maintain optimal inventory levels.

Proactively call customers for orders, address their queries, and maintain positive customer relations. Prepare detailed order sheets, ensuring all customer requirements are met.

Receive and record returns from customers, maintaining accurate documentation. Collaborate in planning the bake schedule to meet customer demands efficiently.
