Key Requirements: Grade 12 plus relevant ICT qualification. Plus minus 5 years of experience in computer support. Familiarity with desktop support and software tools. Strong problem-solving skills. Knowledge of network protocols and security systems. Experience working with Windows, Mac OS or Linux. Excellent communication skills to interact with users and other IT professionals. Ability to perform well under pressure.
