Country Club Staff Required Urgently, Centurion, Pretoria / Tshwane. Company Name: AW Country Club. 2 X Full Time  Barista Needed In Centurion. 2 X Full Time Padel Court Marshal Needed. Type: Full-time. Location: Pretoria, Zwartkop. Position: Barista SALARY : R5,500.00 – R6000.00pm. Start Date: December 1st.

Responsibilities: Efficiently prepare a range of non-alcoholic beverages including coffee, Chai latte, fresh juice, Ice coffee etc ensuring a consistently high quality of beverage. Cleaning and sanitizing work areas, utensils, and equipment. Describing menu items and suggesting products to customers. Servicing customers, taking orders and processing customer payments. Follows standards for merchandising, stocking, rotating, and storing all products. Demonstrate exemplary menu & product knowledge. Updating signage and displays to attract customers.

Take responsibility of all monies whilst on shift ensuring all Profit Protection Procedures and relevant paperwork is always adhered too, reporting any issues to your line manage. Taking inventory & replenishing items in display cases, at tables, or behind the count. Adhering to all food safety regulations and quality controls.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous Barista experience. Experience in food and beverage preparation. Exceptional listening and communication skills. Ability to walk, stand for extended periods. Ability to work unsupervised and deliver quality work. Availability to work around peak hours, early mornings, weekends, and holidays. A polite, engaging personality.
