We are looking for dynamic team players to join our advertising team. We encourage applications from motivated, driven, and focused sales professionals with a determination to succeed and excel in B2B outbound calling.
Appointment Setters / Sales representatives are responsible in engaging with prospects and providing result-driven solutions for clients looking to target a niche market through print advertising.
About the role:
 Setting appointment for our Field agents
 Following up with interested prospects over the phone and via Email to close sales were a Field agent is not required Meeting goals and schedule deadlines
 Overseeing the collection of ad material
 Managing client concerns
 Working cooperatively within a team environment
 Develop client relationships through exceptional customer service
About you:
 Previous cold calling experience strongly preferred
 Ability to consistently meet or exceed targets
 High School diploma; Post-secondary Diploma is preferred
 Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills
 Are a self-starter with a positive attitude
 Possess a team spirit and able to work independently
 Have an entrepreneurial mindset
 Exhibit excellent oral and written communications skills
 Demonstrate excellent presentation skills
 Basic computer skills
 Have strong negotiating skills
Hours: Monday - Friday 10am – 4:30pm
Pay: $13/hour plus Great commission.
