What you will be doing: Develop innovative and efficient design solutions working close with the Project Manager and execute all design phases of a project to meet project requirements and client expectations. Be actively involved in the design effort on a project, from concept design through construction documentation. Prepare conceptual design ideas, 2D and 3D presentation materials. Participate in research, selection and specification of interior finishes, furniture, fixture, and equipment. Work with multidisciplinary teams in design, documentation, and construction administration.

You May Be a Good Fit If You Meet These Requirements: Minimum Qualifications. Bachelor s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or equivalent. 3+ years of related experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively amongst project stakeholders independently and with minimal supervision. Strong computer skills, proficient with Autodesk Revit, 3D’s. Max and Project Professional to execute projects on time and on budget. Demonstrate ability to establish and maintain effective relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications. Knowledge of Revit software. Knowledge of Adobe software.
