Requirements: Must live in the area. Must have reliable transport. Must be fluent in English and Afrikaans. Have at least 4 years’ experience in the hospitality industry in a management role. Must have basic food cost knowledge. Must have stock control experience. Have experience in POS systems and doing cash ups. Be able to do restaurant admin i.e. GRV's, ordering, staff rosters, managing the floor. Computer literate.

Be able to lead the team, and encourage team members to increase turnover. Must be customer service orientated and have a bubbly personality. Must be able to start immediately.
