Key Responsibilities: Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.

Present menus and provide detailed information on food and beverage offerings.

Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen staff.

Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately.

Monitor and anticipate guest needs throughout the dining experience.

Clear tables and ensure a clean and organized dining area.

Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests. Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.

Process payments and provide accurate change to guests.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress is preferred but not required.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Attention to detail and the ability to multitask.

Knowledge of food and beverage offerings

High school diploma or equivalent
