Immediate Vacancy - FOH Manager, Gardens, Cape Town. We are looking for a dynamic and hardworking manager, with a passion for exceptional customer service, outstanding admin skills, a great sense of humor, flexible "can do" attitude and the ability to lead and inspire the entire front of house team.

Key Requirements: Proven track record in restaurant management / FOH ops. Outstanding Customer service. Own transport essential. Experience in all opening/closing procedures. Sound knowledge of food cost and admin skills (GRV's, orders, etc.) Will be required to work shifts (NOTE 6am-3pm / 2pm-Close), be responsible for all opening and closing procedures, daily orders/stock control, etc. If you meet the above requirements, we would love to hear from you!
