Caretaker and Customer care coordinator for a boutique Cat Hotel, Brooklyn, Pretoria / Tshwane. Company Name: Fila and Floyd. Our boutique Cat Hotel in Waterkloofridge, Pretoria is recruiting a true Cat lover to join our team as a Caretaker and Customer care coordinator.

Your responsibilities will include: taking care of the cats booked in at the hotel; feeding, medication, love & attention, handling of the in-check and out-check procedure, sending daily updates and photos to cat owners, handling of all WhatsApp, phone and e-mail communication for the business, assisting with the sending of invoices, general administration, upkeep and cleaning of the cat hotel facility.

The successful candidate will have the following: experience working with cats, knowhow of different feeding requirements for cats and administration of medication, be able to handle different behaviours in cats, exceptional communication ability, exceptional customer care experience, thorough understanding of administration, experience on Quickbooks will be an advantage. The successful candidate must be willing to work every second weekend and longer hours as and when required.
