Minimum Essential Qualifications: Matric. Minimum 5 years’ working experience in a previous/ similar role of Production Manager Assistant. Minimum 5 years’ working experience with production of raw products (wood) or other manufacturing concern. Highly experienced in the manufacturing/ production of high-volume end products. Previous experience within wood manufacturing environment (advantageous). Must be able to supervise, schedule and manage a team. Must have a solid work history with contactable references. Must be reliable and hard working & willing to work overtime if required. Valid driver’s license (no endorsements). Own reliable vehicle/ arranged transport. Must be available to start immediately.
