Duties include but not limited to; Manage all aspects of credit control extended to debtors; process cash book; assist with filing of tax invoices/credit notes; attend to customer queries relating to invoices/credit notes/orders/advance payments etc...Assist with General Office Administration relating to credit application forms (debtors/creditors); HR documentation (contracts/leave forms/disciplinary/corrective action). A proven track record with contactable references and knowledge of PASTEL is a essential. Salary is negotiable. Start 15 January 2024
