HR Manager, Pinetown, West Suburbs. Company Name: Mthuthukiswa Construction Pty Ltd. A well-established company requires the service of a full-time HR manager to join our management team. Preferably someone who can communicate fluently in both isiZulu and English.
Performing all HR work. Taking full charge of all office work. Administration of all labor-related matters including recruitment, terminations, and disciplinary of employees. Managing payments, benefits and leave for employees, employment equity, and workplace skills plan. Compile and update employees' details. Administration of time and attendance. Administration of insurance, claims, vehicle licensing, finance applications, credit applications, processing of orders, and reconciliation of deliveries.
Minimum Requirements (including but not limited to). HR Diploma from a recognised institution (will be verified) 10 years experience. The candidate should have good communication skills, good at organizing and timekeeping. Ability to communicate effectively and work systematically. Exceptional management skills.
Understanding of labor matters including Workmans compensation, employment equity, employee take-on and termination procedures and requirements, etc, Understanding of debtors and creditors, and Persons residing at or around Pinetown.
Contract duration: 6 months with the possibility of extension based on performance.
