Store Manager, Pietermaritzburg, Midlands. Senior Manager required for busy Retail Store based in PMB CBD. The suitable incumbent must have previous experience for the position with strong management skills being a must. Must be well spoken and able to lead a team of supervisors to ensure that the objectives of the store are met.

Areas of responsibility Store Management: Opening and closing of the store. Maintaining the cleanliness, neatness and appearance of the store at a high level.

Stock Management: Monitor Stock levels and ensure such levels are adequately maintained.

Particular attention to be paid to short dated stock items. Oversee the receiving function. Customer Relations. Staff control. Overseeing shift and leave rosters. Ensure compliance with store policy and procedures. Must be able to motivate staff at all levels. General Manage the front end function and oversee the cash-ups. Must be computer literate with POS Knowledge. Have at least 10 years experience in a similar position. Salary negotiable.
