Handle inquiries and provide information about hotel facilities and services. Manage and process payments and invoices accurately. Respond to guest requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Coordinate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction. Maintain a tidy and organized reception area. Follow all hotel policies and procedures
Requirements: Previous experience in a customer service or hotel-related role is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using hotel management software and reservation systems. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Friendly and welcoming demeanor with a focus on guest satisfaction. High school diploma or equivalent
