Assembly Quality Control Inspector, Brackenfell, Northern Suburbs. Company Name: Equalizer AG. As a Quality Control Inspector in the assembly department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products. Your primary responsibility will be to inspect, test, and assess the components and finished products to ensure they meet the established quality standards and specifications. You will work closely with the assembly team and report any deviations or defects to maintain the highest level of product quality.

Key Responsibilities: Quality Inspection. Testing, Documentation, Problem Identification, Process Improvement. Compliance. Sampling, Feedback and Communication. Calibration and Maintenance.

Qualification, Skills, Experience, and general requirements: Grade 12/N3 & Qualified Fitter Trade Test will be preferred. 3 years relevant experience. Previous experience in quality control or inspection within an assembly or manufacturing environment. Knowledge of quality control techniques, standards, and methodologies. Familiarity with testing equipment and tools used in quality control processes. Strong attention to detail and a meticulous approach to work. Good communication skills for reporting and collaborating with the assembly team. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Problem-solving skills to identify and address quality issues. Basic computer skills for data entry and record-keeping. Ability to stand, walk, and move around the assembly area. Ability to lift and handle moderately heavy objects. Visual acuity and colour vision for accurate inspections.
