Screen Printing Operator, Northern Pretoria, Pretoria / Tshwane. Company Name: Metal Badge. An established manufacturing company in Pretoria North is seeking a Skilled Screen Printing Operator to join their team.

Requirements: Operations of an automatic screen printer carousel is essential. Must have at least 5 years in experience in a similar role. Must have at least 5 years’ experience in making, cleaning, prepping and setup of screens. Exposing artwork onto the screen. Knowledge on different meshes that the screen would be made up of, and ink that would need to be used for different types of jobs/garments. Actual printing, drying, and curing of the garments (know how to use the curing tunnel). Must be able to use his/her discretion and initiative when required. Must have strong organizational skills. Graphic design experience will be advantageous. Have the ability to train others as and when required and lead by example. Must have own reliable transport. If not a SA citizen proof of permits would need to be submitted.

Ideal candidate will be: Able to work individually and integrate with the existing team. Self-motivated. Detail orientated - Attention to detail is crucial for this role. Able to work in a high-pressure environment and work overtime when required. Punctual and self-disciplined. Able to strictly follow instructions and product specifications. Able to meet deadlines. Be available immediately.

Salary: Market related depending on experience.
