Responsibilities As a Call Agent, your primary responsibility is to engage with clients through phone calls to achieve the following targets: Maintain an average call rate of 65 client contacts per day. Please note that voicemails are not considered as client contacts; actual conversations with clients qualify as calls or contacts made.

Working Hours: You will have the flexibility to work anytime from Monday to Friday between 09:00 AM and 03:00 PM.

Targets: You will be expected to meet the following weekly targets: Contact a total of 325 customers per week. Confirm and schedule 5 qualified appointments per week for our consultants. Secure 2 signed sales per week.

Benefits: We provide a telephone and landline with included minutes for work-related calls. You should have reliable internet access to perform your duties effectively.

Compensation: Monthly basic salary of R1500. You will receive R50 for each confirmed appointment. An additional R100 for every scheduled appointment that is attended by the client. Earn R300 for each confirmed sale.
