Overview: Office Technologies is seeking a proactive Telesales Representative. Drive sales through customer engagement and ensure our high standards are met.

Role: Engage with potential/existing clients about our products and services. Address inquiries related to our offerings. Identify and qualify leads. Conduct high-volume outbound calls, adapting as necessary. Handle customer concerns and offer solutions. Direct prospects to the sales team, ensuring effective follow-ups. Maintain records of calls and outcomes. Deliver reports to management on call activities.

Qualifications: Rapid understanding of our product range. Excellent verbal communication in English and Afrikaans. Strong interpersonal skills. Previous experience in telesales or customer service. Competence in computer programs and telephone systems. High school diploma required; BSc/BA is preferred.

Note: Product training will be provided. Join our ambitious team. Working hours 8am to 1pm, Salary R 7000pm plus commission.
