Eagle Age Protection Solution is seeking of high calibre HR officer with strong security background. City Centre, Cape Town. Company Name: Eagle Age Protection Solutions.

Requirements: A degree/ Diploma or equivalent with major subjects in Human Resource Administration. Security Industry Background (Psira Laws and Regulations). Grade 12. Valid Driver's licence.

Experience: 5 years HR/IR and Recruitment. 3-5 years experience in Security Management Structure. Disciplinary Action and Representation at CCMA. Interaction with unions.

Skills: Computer Literate- Micro soft suites. Excellent communication, written and verbal skills. Hardworking and willing to work long hours. Admin skills.

Knowledge: Basic Condition of Employment Act. Labour Relations Act. Employment Equity. Skill development Act. Psira Act.

Key Performance Areas: (but not limited to) Handle all the issues, policies and processes related to people, such as recruiting and hiring staff, training and developing employees and managing performance, compensation and benefits. Oversee various aspects of the employment process, including recruitment, selection of staff and training of new staff members.

Play a crucial role in managing payroll and ensuring timely and accurate compensation for employees. Manage the employee life cycle, including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, administering benefits, compensation and firing. Plan and conduct new employee orientation. Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization. Ensuring that all HR related queries are dealt with promptly.

Ensuring the timeous submission of employment data to finance department. Submitting relevant weekly, monthly incident and general reports to Management. General Mangement and supervision of security staff to ensure that required performance is met at all times. Stock inventory (keep accurate records for all incoming and outgoing inventory movements.) Data Management (Maintain accurate and organized employee records.) Knowledge of leave procedures in security industry.

Salary: Market related salary.
