To Handel all Sales related administration that consist answering all incoming sales calls and sales email. Process all sales orders.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities: Serve as point of contact for customers and answer their service-related queries in person and on the phone. Maintain sales activity records and prepare sales reports. Participate in sales events. Cold Calling Updating Database. Filing of Sale Documents. Processing and completing all orders. Answer all incoming sales calls identifying the customer request and where possible provide required info or transfer the customer to sales agent. Follow up on Sales Back Order Report. Manage Buyback Process.
Education and Experience: Excellent communication skills in English with proven persuasive power. E-commerce system Experience. First-rate telephone etiquette and work ethic. Self-motivated individual with strong business acumen, good time management and task prioritization. Proven ability to work under pressure on strict deadlines. Knowledge of principles and practices of sales. Knowledge of customer service principles. Knowledge of basic business principles. Adaptability. Senior certificate. Resilience and tenacity.
