Experienced Press Operator – Speed Master 52-4, Gardens, and Cape Town. Company Name: Minuteman Press. Commercial printing company in Cape Town CBD area requires the services of an experienced top-class Sheet-fed Lithographer to operate a Heidelberg Speed master SM 52-4 Anicolor for a fixed period contract.

The candidate will be responsible for the making ready and obtaining quality and maintaining that quality with a minimum of waste and at an optimum run rate.  Self-discipline and adhering to tight deadlines in a short to medium run on demand market is essential. Quality and maintaining the press in an immaculate order will also be of utmost importance together with the press assistant. It is a hands-on environment and will suit a go-getter energetic individual.

The successful candidate will have the following attributes and qualifications:

Sheet-fed Lithography Trade qualification

At least 3 years post apprentice experience

Prior experience working on Prinect CP2000 Console

Participate actively as a team member and be able to work without supervision in a dynamic environment
