My client, a well-known and established company based in Saldanha is looking for a motivated, energetic and dynamic individual to assume the position as a Junior Fish Shop Manager based in Kenilworth for a one year contract.

Responsibilities: Assist with securing full compliance in all aspects of the daily store operations. Assist with minimizing the risk in all departments of the store. Assist Manager with Staff Management – Lead and supervise. Daily and weekly updates on main KPI’s to Area Manager. Cash Management and general administration. Stock Management. Driving Sales to achieve group budgets. Effective implementation of new strategies/initiatives. Ongoing reporting to Key Performance Area and flow constantly. Promote company brand optimally. Optimise store operations and evaluate store layout. Relevant approvals to be done. Ensure that IT systems are utilized correctly.

Requirement Skills and Competencies: Grade 12. Tertiary Retail / Business Management qualification would be an advantage. Good process and product knowledge. Ability to function independently and work under pressure. Be Pro-Active and customer services orientated. Self-motivated. Team Player with excellent leadership skills. Attention to detail is imperative. Must be criminal clear.
