Responsibilities: Supervise and mentor a team of senior and junior recruiters. Oversee the entire recruitment process. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates for clients

Act as a primary point of contact for key clients, understanding their talent needs and expectations. Build and nurture strong client relationships through regular communication and collaboration

Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with the company's goals. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities and outcomes. Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant laws and regulations
