Introduction: Our client in Sandton is looking for a talented Sushi Chef to join their team immediately. Candidates that apply must have a valid SA ID or Work Permit and currently reside in Johannesburg.

Duties & responsibilities: Filleting & cleaning of raw fish in correct manner. Preparing sushi rice. Produce sushi rolls & dishes. Plating. Maintaining hygienic workspace.

Desired Experience & Qualification: At least two years experience as a Sushi Chef. Excellent knife skills.

Package & Remuneration: To be discussed at interview. This will depend on the candidate's skills & experience.
