Preparing complete cost of estimation for civil & architectural elements which includes material, labour, erection equipment’s, testing / commissioning man hours, direct & indirect resources in line with BOQ, scope of work, project specifications & standards.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Prepare cost estimate for incoming signage queries (internal signs, external signs

with structure supports, retail signs, way finding signs, aluminium box panel,

aluminium light box, canopy, pylon signs, totem signs, kiosk, and traffic signs) as per

Client`s requirement & job specification.

2. Identifies material, labour and requirements by studying proposals, specifications and

related documents.

3. Computes costs by analysing labour, material and time needed to finish the Project.

4. Consult with production manager and site engineers to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issues.

5. Liaise with construction / operations team to establish execution / method statements and reflect the same in estimation

6. Prepare man-hour calculations for various activities

7. Other duties instructed by manager/management

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Engineering or Relevant

2. Strong communication skills both written and verbal
