Seeking a part time Virtual Assistant (Salary), Hermanus, Overberg. Company Name: LB Vorster Attorneys. We are seeking a virtual assistant who has online project management and digital marketing experience. Knowledge of how to write Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) is advantageous.

Benefits working for us: Work hours are from 09:00 - 13:00 Monday to Friday. You can work entirely from home. Full-time position available in the future.

Responsibilities: You will coordinate and manage online projects. You will write Standard Operating Procedures for clients to streamline operations. You will make "discovery calls" to clients to gather information about client needs. You will assist in managing a team or teams. You will be relied upon to communicate with clients directly if and when needed. You will assist in strategizing for business growth.

Tech Tools you need to be familiar with: Asana (Project Management Tool). HubSpot (CRM Tool), Google Docs, Google Drive, Mailchimp, Canva, WhatsApp Business, Facebook Ads (Preferred), Google Ads (Preferred), WordPress (Preferred).

Requirements: A quiet workspace that is set up for remote work. A laptop and cellphone. 2 years experience in an operations or marketing role in the digital space. Impeccable written and verbal communication skills. Need to have passion for progress, results, and work quality. Easy to work with and a team player. Need to reside in Hermanus (preferred).

Salary: R6 000 per month for 4 hours per day. Opportunity for career growth. The probation period will be for 3 months.
