The candidate must meet the following criteria: Must have previous experience managing a store in the restaurant industry. At least 4 years’ experience in the fast-food industry with at least 2 years at a management level. SA ID or Valid paperwork if you are non – South African. Knowledge of inventory control and food cost. Ordering of stock. Staff management

Cash up experience: Positive Attitude. Excellent communication skills and conflict resolution. Ability to work long hours. Customer service. Preferably of sober habits. Preference will be given to candidates who live in or near the Randburg area. No Chancers Please.
