Duties would include - Bookkeeping to Trial Balance /Balance Sheet. Job costing on excel Preparation of quotations. Logistics - including Co-ordination of contract from quotation to delivery. Communication with remote workers. Client & Supplier liaison. As this is an export business clients are based in bordering countries and thus communication is either per email or telephonic this post would suit a confident peoples person. General administrative duties. Secretary/PA to owner Computer literacy is a prerequisite as well as a sound knowledge of excel.
