Some of the duties as a Tenant Liaisons Officer include: Keep good communication with tenants and ensure building rules and regulations are maintained by all. Conduct Tenant Training. Oversee the building complex on a daily basis. Conduct unit and building inspections. Liaise with Maintenance Supervisor. Liaise with building staff and service providers. Produce reports to Client Services/Property Manager as required. Engage in community development.

Requirements for this position: Matric. Relevant qualification in property/building management. 2-3 years experience in property/building management and tenant liaison experience. Administration experience. Computer literacy. Must have own transport and driver's license. Must have a laptop. Criminal clearance required. Should ideally live in the Mitchells Plain area.

Gross monthly salary: R13 500pm
