Accounts Administrator, Milnerton, Northern Suburbs. Company Name: Flentis Tax Accountants. This is an opportunity for an energetic and versatile candidate willing to grow in a fast-growing Accounting Practice in Century City.

Duties will include, but not limited to the following: Capturing of accounting records for clients – capturing daily transactions into various accounting programs over a range of clients. Capturing customer invoices. Capturing supplier invoices. Liaising with customer and creditor queries. Capturing bank statements and responsible for cash reconciliations. Debtor & creditor age analysis and reconciling month end accounts. Month end procedures and reconciliations, ensuring all accounts are in balance for management reports. Cash book reconciliations, month-end planning. Capture and oversight of month-end and any other journals.

Reconciliation of Trial Balance and general ledger accounts Specialized reports preparation. Payroll and Vat reconciliations and calculations. Assisting with SARS compliance and statutory requirements for clients ensuring compliance Assisting in the preparation of Month end reports and liaising with external clients where required. Assisting with compilation of financial statements preparing and drafting all client related documents and contracts Admin and office duties such as records keeping. General office administration functions. The candidate must be versatile, have good telephone and email communication skills and a flare of Marketing skills.

Qualifications: The opportunity will suit a candidate that has studied Accounting, Internal Auditing or Business Administration and would like to further their career in finance or Business Administration. 2 Years experience in Accounting or Administration will be an added advantage.

Salary: R8,000.00
