Experience: At least 3 years admin related experience in a manufacturing / engineering environment with good computer skills. A quality administrative background will count as a major advantage. Experience in all aspects of administration with the knowledge of Filing, Data Capturing, Control of Records / Documentation, Registers etc. Ability to work independently, under pressure and pay attention to detail. Ability and understanding on how to Maintain, Monitor and Comply to the QA/QC related Policies, Procedures, Work / Technical Instructions and All other relevant requirements. Ability to Compile, Maintain and Monitor Data dossiers progressively. Ability to Maintain and Monitor Equipment and relevant Calibrations (e.g. dates, certificates, registers, etc.). Be well organized and have good inter-personal skills. Ability to meet deadlines and tasks given at all times. Candidate to be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Self-motivated, effective interaction abilities, good communication skills, problem solving skills, accuracy and systematic work ethics.
