Assist in booking reservations, handling check-ins, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Provide administrative support, including managing schedules, filing documents, and coordinating meetings. Assist in inventory management, ordering office supplies, and maintaining records. Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and operations.
Qualifications: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable attitude. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and basic administrative tasks. Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail. Previous experience in reception or administrative roles is advantageous.
