Position Overview: As an Educational Sales Agent, you will play a crucial role in connecting our cutting-edge educational products and services with students. Your mission will be to build lasting relationships, understand the unique needs of our students, and provide tailored solutions that drive academic excellence.

Key Responsibilities: Proactively reach out to the leads received via paid marketing to introduce our comprehensive range of educational offerings. Communication takes place via phone, email and Whatsapp. Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand the specific requirements and challenges of each lead. Collaborate with our team to customize solutions that align with educational objectives and curricular goals. Present our course options with professionalism and enthusiasm. Nurture relationships with students and continuously try to find word of mouth referrals. Stay current with industry trends and developments to effectively position our offerings.

Essential: Matric. Ability to communicate fluently in English, and an African Language. Previous experience in educational sales or related fields is preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to effectively present complex information in a clear and engaging manner. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently. Passion for education and a genuine desire to make a positive impact.

Must be computer literate and have an understanding of Google docs, sheets, email and data management experience. PLEASE do not apply if you haven’t worked with Google Suite, this is how we manage all aspects of lead capturing and tracking etc.

Experience in working with targets and tight deadlines. Work-from-home requirements. Own computer or Laptop. Fibre or 5G. Quiet workplace area.
