As the first point of contact for our esteemed guests, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience. Your warm demeanor, attention to detail, and passion for hospitality will contribute to creating memorable stays for our guests.

Responsibilities: Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude. Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately. Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions. Assist with room reservations, upgrades, and special requests. Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest needs and preferences. Manage guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner. Maintain a neat and organized front desk area. Process payments and maintain accurate records.

Requirements: Previous experience in a front desk or guest service role preferred. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in using hotel management software and computer systems. Multilingual skills are an advantage. Ability to handle stressful situations with a calm and composed attitude. Impeccable grooming and professional appearance. Flexibility to work shifts and weekends. Location: Dubai, UAE
