Maintain internal control systems, inventory. Maintain complete filing system to support financial records. Any other month end duties that may be required and ad hoc office duties. General administrative duties within the department. Control and balance the petty cash. Weekly wages reports, calculating overtime, sick leave etc. PA to the Director.
