Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, or chat.

Maintain accurate and detailed customer records.

Requirements: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent time management and multitasking skills.

Empathy and a customer-focused mindset.

Previous customer service experience is a plus.

High school diploma or equivalent.
