Now hiring a Warehouse Manger for a Sports Trading Company in Abudhabi, UAE.

Duties: Manage and coordinate warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order picking, packing, and shipping of products.

Oversee inventory control processes to ensure accurate stock levels, conduct regular inventory counts, and implement effective replenishment strategies.

Develop and implement warehouse policies, procedures, and standard operating processes to improve efficiency and productivity.

Provide inventory report by Location (warehouses and showroom)

Prepare and standardize necessary forms (Goods receipt notes GRN, Goods issue notes, Delivery notes)

Control the related documents of movement of stock from/to showroom, from/to warehouses, from/to client.

Monitor and optimize warehouse layout and storage systems to maximize space utilization and ensure easy access to products. Implement and utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and other software tools to track inventory, manage orders, and generate reports.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment

Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with other departments, such as purchasing, sales, and customer service, to fulfill orders, resolve issues, and improve overall operations.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and report on warehouse performance, such as order accuracy, on-time delivery, and productivity.

Keep copies for all GRNs, issue notes, and delivery notes for proper recording.

Proper recording for all tenancy agreements (for warehouses and showroom), contacting the landlord when necessary and in coordination with the company’s management, for renewal or termination notification within the due time as stipulated in the tenancy agreement.

Submit packing list, Bill of entry BOE and all other necessary documents, to accounting department once the delivery is received.

Ensure proper maintenance and safety of inventory.

Ensure that the stock are delivered to clients in good condition and take client’s acknowledgment for this in the delivery note.

Schedule deliveries in collaboration with the technical team, and ensure that the orders are delivered to clients on time.
