Beneficial to have a valid driver's license and forklift license. The position's responsibilities are as follows.

General assistance with: Run The Hot needle perf machine. Fill Silos on request. Documentation and production records. General Cleaning. Assist in reel wrapping if not running hot needle perf machine. Basic understanding and operation in plastic extrusion.

In particular: Mono-layer extrusion machines. Gearing and roller systems. Heating and cooling processes. Gauging and sizing adjustments. Mixing processes and Silos. Material mixing. Cleaning of machines & floors. Cleaning inside factory buildings. Basic working knowledge required to effectively assist operations in plastic extrusion systems.

In particular: Basic working knowledge of extrusion machine set-up order process. Basic general knowledge of plastic extrusion. Quality Implications. Waste Control. Basic knowledge of Occupational Health, Safety and Environment Legislation. Knowledge of BRCGS requirements in your area to prevent any risk of contamination or non-conformances. Promote a positive Food Safety Culture.
