Our client is recruiting for an experienced Payroll Clerk to join their finance division in Epping, Cape Town. The successful incumbent will report to the Payroll Team Lead.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Collect data and monthly timesheets for capturing and processing. Filing of documents. Manage Leave transactions on the system. Managing Employee Self-Service (ESS) and loading new users. Loading of new appointments and processing terminations. Investigating and responding to payroll queries. Preparing month end reporting. Reconciling of the payroll on a monthly basis. Preparing of 3rd party payments. Ad-hoc payroll related administrative tasks.

Education Experience Requirements

Essential: Matric.

Desirable: Payroll/Finance Diploma

Essential: At least 2 years relevant payroll related experience in a similar role 

Desirable: Relevant experience within the retail industry.

Salary: Market Related

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
